Luminous Organisation ("us", "we", or "our") operates the JS Studio android application (the "Service").

We collect your device's build information while we serve ads to you. Build information includes, but is not limited to : manufacturer, model and IP address. Why we collect these for serving ads? The answer is that we don't want to serve you ads' flow. In order to minimise the number of ads shown to you, we do this. Moreover, we may collect the build information from the device you logged in first. Google login is considered as safely login or authentication. It is easy and secure for users. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

But if a user uploads her/his project as a Shared Project, that project is shown publicly with uploader's name and source data (HTML & JS block data). Uploader's name is constant and its value is taken when uploader uploads that project. Terms: Don't upload these type of contents as Shared Project: harassing, violence, adult content, malicious web-app, copied content etc. You'll be blocked forever if you upload these type of contents. There is almost no way to get unblocked.
Use of Data
JS Studio uses the collected data for various purposes:
To provide and maintain our Service
To notify you about changes to our Service
To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so
To provide customer support
To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service
To monitor the usage of our Service

We, for the bad experience(s) made by data subject (=user), can delete or disable the data record of data subject(s).
Service Providers
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analysing how our Service is used.
These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
